May 02, 2017 · rltusch. My LA463 front end loader control valve must have either a stuck spring, or a broken spring. When the control lever is moved to the left, it will not return to neutral by itself----either with hydraulics pressured up or dead. The schematic suggests that it is the upper spring that is stuck in a compressed mode.
